§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of the LetsTest Fun digital entertainment service (the “Service”), provided by Uplink Mobile LLC, 30 N Gould ST STE R, Sheridan WY 82801, EIN: 38-4361133.
  2. By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
  3. The Service is intended for individuals who are legally permitted to enter into a binding agreement in their place of residence. Where required by local law, you must be of legal age to subscribe or purchase digital services.
  4. The Provider may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

§2 DEFINITIONS

In these Terms:

  1. User – any person who accesses or uses the Service.
  2. Service – the LetsTest Fun digital entertainment platform and related features, content, and interfaces.

§3 SERVICE DESCRIPTION AND ACCESS

  2. Access to the Service may require a compatible device and internet connection. You are responsible for any costs charged by third parties (e.g., connectivity, data usage, device charges).
  3. The Provider may add, remove, or modify Content and features at any time to improve the Service or for operational reasons.

§4 PRICING, BILLING AND PAYMENTS

  1. Some parts of the Service may be free, while others may require payment (Subscription and/or Purchase), depending on your country and the commercial model available to you.
  2. Pricing, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes or charges will be displayed clearly to you before you confirm any payment.
  3. If you choose a Subscription, it may renew automatically until cancelled (where applicable and permitted). The applicable renewal terms and cancellation method will be presented to you at the time of purchase.
  4. Payments may be processed by authorized payment partners. The Provider does not store full payment credentials unless explicitly stated.

§5 CANCELLATION, REFUNDS AND WITHDRAWAL

  1. Where a Subscription is offered, you may be able to cancel at any time. Cancellation affects future renewals and does not necessarily refund already paid periods unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
  2. Due to the nature of digital content and immediate access, refunds may be limited once access is granted, except where mandatory consumer protections apply in your country.
  3. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or did not receive access, please contact support so we can investigate and assist you.

§6 USER OBLIGATIONS AND ACCEPTABLE USE

  1. You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service for fraudulent, harmful, or abusive purposes.
  2. You must not attempt to bypass security, interfere with the Service, reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute Content except to the extent permitted by law or explicitly authorized by the Provider.
  3. Access is personal and intended for private, non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  4. The Provider may suspend or terminate access if it reasonably believes you have violated these Terms or applicable laws.

§7 AVAILABILITY AND LIMITATIONS

  1. The Provider aims to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond the Provider’s control.
  2. The Provider is not responsible for issues caused by your device, your internet connection, or third-party services.

§8 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  1. The Service and its Content are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the Provider and/or its licensors.
  2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service for personal use, subject to these Terms.

§9 LIABILITY

  1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
  2. The Provider will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  3. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

  1. The Provider processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to the Privacy Policy for details.

  2. To help us assist you faster, please include a description of the issue, relevant dates, and any identifiers shown to you within the Service.

§12 GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

  1. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, where mandatory consumer protection rules apply. Otherwise, the Provider’s default governing law may apply, as permitted by law.
  2. If you are a consumer, you may have the right to bring disputes in the courts of your place of residence, as required by applicable law.

§13 FINAL PROVISIONS

  1. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
  2. These Terms take effect on 22.05.2025 and replace any prior versions published on the Service.
